About the Project
The Next Generation Hub is a branch of a non-profit called Lumina. They wanted a way to share and present the ways in which technology influences how people learn. Using WordPress we created a slideshow that the site is loosely centered around.
Many people applied to their Grantee program, but ultimately only six won. They each have their own blog, where they can log in and update readers on what is new with their company, along with other general news.
Ultimately we aimed to build a clean, readable site which was accomplished using a ton of WordPress goodies: custom post type, custom meta fields, HTML5, and responsive design.
