Identity Champion by AAA

About the Project

The AAA Identity Champion team just finished a revamp of their product offerings, and needed a blog to manage content for their content marketing efforts. I built their blog on WordPress, to match the current branding of their app and other offerings.

The blog, which is now fully responsive for mobile and other devices, is built on top of a custom WordPress theme where a team of writers and bloggers can now fully manage all their content, categories, posts, etc. in an easy to use WordPress backend.

The most important consideration in everything was how well the site would rank in Google, and it was imperative this would be an SEO machine. From a development point of view, this site ranks 95 on mobile and 99 on desktop in the Google Lighthouse test.

We also needed a way to funnel users back to the app, so they sign up for the monthly AAA membership. I setup a few custom fields so that within each blog post the team can implement custom advertisements where users can receive discounts and other offers.

Finally, because they’re constantly evolving and changing features, I’ve been tasked with updating and maintaining everything as well, ensuring that their site will be fast and secure for a long time to come.
